No Upfront Fees, So Nothing to Refund

Equity & Exits LLC works entirely on contingency. We never collect a fee, deposit, or payment of any kind before your surplus funds claim is resolved. Our fee is deducted only from funds successfully recovered on your behalf — if we do not recover any funds, you owe us nothing. Because no payment is ever collected in advance, there is no scenario under this engagement model that requires a refund.
